Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy therapy that helps to calm the nervous system, release tension, and promote deep inner healing. Universal life force energy is channeled through the hands to support physical, emotional, and spiritual alignment.

Chakra Healing
This session focuses on clearing, balancing, and re-energizing the seven main chakras — your body’s key energy centers. Chakra healing helps to release energetic blockages, support emotional clarity, and restore natural energetic flow.
£70 per hour
Crystal Healing
Using intuitively selected crystals placed on or around the body, this treatment works to amplify healing, align the aura, and bring harmony to mind, body, and spirit. Each stone is chosen based on your unique energy and healing intentions.
