Hi, I’m Lauren,
A qualified Reiki, Crystal, and Chakra Energy Healer. My spiritual journey began over 7 years ago, but in truth, I’ve felt connected to energy, intuition, and the universe since I was a child. I've always been drawn to the unseen—to the magic of crystals, the power of intention, and the beauty of the natural world.
As I deepened my spiritual path, I found myself called to healing—to help others find balance, clarity, and peace the same way I had.
Working with energy became more than a practice it became my purpose. I’ve since trained and become certified in Reiki, Reiki Crystal Healing, and Chakra Energy Work, allowing me to hold space for others in a deeply meaningful way.
I have a great passion for the universe, energy, and all things spiritual. I truly believe that when we align our energy, we return to our most authentic selves.
